The giant ‘ball and stick’ model for diamond, created for the OSA ‘JEWELS x Northrup’ collaboration, has found its home in the Earth & Environmental Sciences Department in the Tate Hall atrium. Together with its new best friend ‘Uinta’ the Utahceratops fossil cast, they form the ESCI department’s welcoming committee, providing a small but fascinating glimpse into what we do in the department and will soon be joined by a lake sediment core display to their right (Dinos, Minerals, Climate studies, and so much more!)
